So, what did this year have in store for Base Creative?
JANUARY
Base Creative was excited to welcome a new addition to the team. Ed, our account manager, joined us. We also launched a new site for the London chauffeur company, BRUNEL. www.brunel.com
FEBURARY
A playful month. We launched Office Tag, a game on the lines of "You're It" for the Business Design Centre. We also had a lot of snow. A lot. Some of us got snowed in for a few days. But that did not stop us from getting the work done.
MARCH
A new addition to the Base Creative Website Management System. We added the Email Marketing module. Lots of our clients started using it this year and it is proving a popular choice. One of them, which also got a revamp to their portfolio gallery is PAR DESIGN www.pardesign.co.uk
APRIL
A new website was launched for PETER MARNO, a independent management healthcare consultant. www.petermarno.com
MAY
Another addition to Base Creative. Sean joined the development team and has been working very successfully hand in hand with Richard. A new website that went live during May was for one of our dental clients FOUNTAIN DENTAL PRACTICE. www.fountaindental.net
JUNE
We launched a new website for THE BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE. This is a incubation centre for innovation in Stevenage. www.btcstevenage.co.uk. Another site also went live during June: EDEN ANGLO FRENCH, the wood veneer merchant in London, now have a sparkly new site which shows of all variations of wood veneer. www.verneermerchant.co.uk.
JULY
A month where the work we had done in the previous weeks and months came to a close. We launched 3 new sites. Firstly BOLT BURDON KEMP, a firm of compensation claim solicitors in Islington, launched their new site www.boltburdonkemp.co.uk. Secondly TOBESEEN finally got its new look. The online casting site saw a big revamp and rejuvination of their entire CMS. www.tobeseen.co.uk. Finally our Work With Us scheme saw this year's project complete. REACH are a charity that brings together skilled volunteers and organisations. This project was completed on a pro bono basis. www.reachskills.org.uk
AUGUST
Base Creative found out that we were shortlisted for the prestigious DRAGON AWARDS. We also launched the new site for SHANE GLOBAL, the language school in London, Hasting and Cape Town. www.shaneglobal.com
SEPTEMBER
Another project with the charity REACH was completed and went live. Their brand new Trustees Service can be found under www.trusteeworks.org.uk
OCTOBER
We won the DRAGON AWARD. We were unbelievably honoured and the trophy takes pride of place in our meeting room. We also created a blog for one of our clients, CASCADE www.contractingandtax.co.uk
NOVEMBER
A new site was launched for the security experts ESKAN. While the design is not ours we provided the CMS. A language module is still under way for the site. www.eskan.com
DECEMBER
The website for BOLT BURDON, the Islington based solicitors firm, was launched. www.boltburdon.co.uk
NEXT?
We are currently working on a number of very exciting projects, some of which will be launched in January 2010.
