Do As The Locals Do is now live.
We are extremely excited to announce that www.doasthelocalsdo.com is now live. Base Creative has been working on this project for quite a while now and we are extremely proud that is has now gone live.
www.doasthelocalsdo.com is a site that offers travel advice provided by locals. You can sign up and become a local and tell everyone about your favourite places to go and the best things to do in your area. This local travel advice can then be shared with travellers around the world. Travellers can search for locals like them, by matching their profile by a number of categories. Once they have found activities in their holiday destination, they can put them into a travel itinerary to plan their trip.
Not only did David Bushell design the brand and website, but Richard Haygreen and Sean Ellingham also developed the entire system. All is managed via our content management system.
We are all thrilled to see it live and are looking forward to adding new features in the near future.
